Happy Father's Day

This year for Father's Day we did our own twist on Red Lobster. Yes, I cooked lobster for the first time and it turned out really good. Everyone liked it and ate it too :).

Swimming Lessons

Both Jacob and Noah enjoyed swimming lessons this summer. Jacob is really good at swimming under water, floating on his back and going off the low dive. Noah liked swimming with all his teachers, his favorite was pretending to be a Star Wars Clone Trouper.

Hatching Butterflies

One of the fun things we planned to do this summer was hatch butterfies. We got the kit in the mail and the live larva too. The whole process from catipillars to butterflies takes about three weeks. We released them into the wild after they had been fed and we flying well. Jacob and Noah LOVED the whole experience and we are planning on doing it again. The butterflies we raised are called "painted ladies".

Changed Blog Title

So we can't have the title of our blog, "Three Knights and a Lady" anymore with our baby boy coming. So in honor of our third boy arrival (not until November) we have changed the name of our blog to "Four Knights and A Lady!" The Lady is well protected and loved by her Knights as long as the Lady feed them well, loves them and takes care of the battle wounds.

IT A BOY!

Well, it is done deal, Tim and I will be parents of ALL boys! We went as a family activity to the ultrasound. Our little boy looks healthy and has all his body parts in order, which is many prayers answered and a relief! We are thrilled! Jacob said just before the ultrasound, "It's a boy!" So Jacob has been right about all his siblings, that they are boys. Now for painting the nursery, as it can't stay the two shades of purple and yellow...not for a boy :)!
