For a couple of summers Jacob has wanted to host a lemonade stand. Jacob talked us into this summer, so last week-end Jacob got his wish. Noah was so excited to help in anyway possible. Tim took Jacob to get all the idems we needed, Jacob and I made the signs over the week and Tim and the boys made the poster stands the night before.
The lemonade stand was opened from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. this last Saturday morning. It was a huge success! They sold cups of lemonade for 50 cents and cookies for 25 cents. They made $25.00 too!
With their money they had earn they brought the Nerf guns they wanted! We are going to do this again, but next time we are going to do it for a couple of week-end instead of just one day. It was so much fun!

That is sweet that they made so much money! My kids sometimes do a lemonade stand and I'm dismayed by how many cars just drive right past. And, I'm so impressed that they went off the diving board! That is a huge accomplishment (and, they are so young!).
